Jewelry Empire offers All over Bangladesh shipping facility on all its merchandise. Your orders reach your doorstep, wherever you may be in the Bangladesh.

Shipping is FREE to most locations within DHAKA.

Nominal shipping charges are applicable, basis the actual weight of the ordered merchandise and location, for delivery to rest of the Bangladesh.

FREE SHIPPING across the whole Bangladesh or to select locations is available ONLY during certain festive offers, discount sales and deals.

You will be able to view applicable shipping charges on the invoice of product during your order process, before you buy a product, check the Delivery costs mentioned after products price.

Enhancing User-experience at every step---

Any merchandise loss in transit is borne by JEWELRY EMPIRE.

We vouch that this happens extremely rarely, but if at all a parcel is misplaced or lost in transit, the amount paid by you (including the product charges as well as the shipping charges) will be refunded to you by JEWELRY EMPIRE.

If you wish to cancel a part of your order, the applicable shipping charges will remain the same, and shall not be refunded.

Delivery

We try our best to ensure that your order reaches your doorstep in maximum 2 days from your placing the order with us.

Once an Order is placed and the Payment is confirmed – the product enters its delivery cycle. An ordered product may or may not be available at our warehouse, when an order is placed. Thus, some products may enter the procurement process upon order.

Upon procurement, a product undergoes several quality checks – and finishing processes (as required) – and may go for customization/ stitching/ final fitting (as per the product type/ customer order. 

The Delivery Time - Once a product is dispatched from our end, it is handed over to our shipping agents, who ensure that it is delivered to the destination in time.
